OER - Open Educational Resources not only save students on textbook cost, but they also allow instructors to mix-and match content for a more personalized, engaging learning experience. We have created a wide range of content and tools to help implement OER in our Computer Science programs.

Online Support

OER implementation in a course could take the form of:

• A single open textbook fully adopted as a replacement for a commercial textbook (Open Textbook example)
• A "remix" of chapters and content from several different open textbooks, organized to create a customized open textbook (Chapter book samples)
• A combination of open textbook chapters and other free, online materials.
• A combination of free online materials and library subscription content (ebooks or articles accessed through the library's electronic resources).
